Kelsey Poapst

Occupational Therapist

About Kelsey

I approach my sessions with compassion and patience for both children and their families. Raising the future is hard! Therapy shouldn’t be. I take a family-centered approach and emphasize meeting kids where they are at. I work with families to create sustainable programs and strategies that work in their everyday lives.

I can provide support with daily living skills (dressing, hygiene routines, toilet training, sleep), self-regulation, fine and gross motor development, and mealtimes (self-feeding, selective eating, oral motor skills development). I have experience with FSCD contracts and immensely enjoy working with neurodivergent populations.
