Your Role

  • Assess and provide intervention for speech and language delays/disorders for children with a variety of developmental needs. 

  • Design and provide individualized therapy plans for a variety of clients 

  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to support each child’s progress.

  • Use AAC, total communication, and alternative modalities to support communication

  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings to ensure the highest level of care.

  • Supervision and support for SLPA (Speech Language Pathology Assistants) 

What We’re Looking For

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
ACSLPA registration (required)
✔ Experience or interest in working with a variety of diverse pediatric clients
✔ Familiarity with play-based therapy
✔ Strong collaboration and communication skills
✔ Commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.

Additional assets:

✨ Experience in AAC, gestalt language processing, Hanen, PROMPT, or feeding therapy
✨ Experience working with neurodivergent, minimally speaking, or nonspeaking clients
✨ Bilingual skills (language diversity is a strength!)
