Your Role

  • Provide engaging, neuroaffirming, and play-based occupational therapy services to children with a variety of developmental needs.

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans.

  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to support each child’s progress.

  • Use creative and innovative therapy techniques to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-regulation, and daily living skills.

  • Educate families and provide strategies for continued success at home and school.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings to ensure the highest level of care.

  • Supervision and support for OTA (Occupational Therapy Assistants)

 Who We’re Looking For

  • A registered Occupational Therapist (OT) with experience or a strong passion for working with children.

  • Strong skills in the areas of sensory integration, fine/gross motor development, and self-care/activities of daily living.

  • A creative and playful approach to therapy—Kids learn best when they’re having fun!

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • A commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.

Additional Assets

  • Experience supporting clients and families with a variety of daily living, regulation, and feeding needs

  • Experience working with neurodivergent clients

  • Bilingual skills (language diversity is a strength!)
